Treat yourself to a deeply relaxing experience designed to release tension and restore ease in both body and mind. In this special class, we’ll combine gentle yoga with head-to-toe self-massage using small therapy balls (provided by the studio) as a form of acupressure.
You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to unwind tight muscles, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system — perfect for summer self-care.
Each participant will receive a special take-home guide so you can continue practicing these yoga and acupressure techniques at home.
